Nobuto Yamaguchi is a maritime lawyer based in Tokyo, Japan, specializing in shipping finance and maritime law. A member of the Daiichi Tokyo Bar Association, he has worked on a range of domestic and international transactions involving vessel financing, shipping disputes, and maritime arbitration. He earned an LL.B. from Waseda University and an LL.M. from the University of Washington School of Law, later spending time as a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Law School.
In 1997, he established Yamaguchi & Nagahama Law Firm, which later became Tokyo Sanno Law Office in 2011.
